Terms of Service
The commission process
_Send me an email at [email protected] (inquiries through DM on instagram and tumblr are also okay, but if I (the artist) don’t respond it may have gotten lost).Detail what you (the client) want me to draw (please include style type) and be sure to attach any references of your character/idea (these can be screencaps, picrews, design sheets etc).If your commission is accepted I’ll be accepting payment up front and only via invoice on PayPal.Once the payment has been received I’ll start the process and you will receive a deadline for your product’s completion. Depending on your order, you will either receive the sketches upon completion or the previews in accordance with a set schedule.For the full illustrations you will receive 2 sketch options to choose from. Extra revisions will cost extra.Once the commission is complete I will send you the finished piece over email. Please note
All Prices are per character. For backgrounds please inquire.Complicated designs + props will be charged extra.Animals are okay (please inquire for additional price)Mild/implied NSFW is OK***If you need to cancel the commision or need to delay for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible (no needs to be specific, but please just let me know! I understand situations changed, so there’s no problem)
No refundsI live in Europe. There may be time zone differences depending on where you live, so replies may take a few hours to a day if you send me a message while I’m sleeping or working my day job!Let me know if the commision is time sensitive in any way (birthdays, deadlines etc.)***Terms of Service
_I will retain the copyright over the commissioned piece
I reserve the right to post the commissioned piece on my socials and/or portfolio (it’s possible to ask for the commission to be kept private or have it posted at a later date)I do not claim the rights to the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork (e.g. your characters, story, setting, design etc)I will reserve the right to resell, reproduce, or otherwise make further profit from the commissioned artwork. You will be contacted in case this happens.
I may decline your request for any reason.If for any reason I cannot complete the commission, you will receive full refund.You have the right to upload the finished commission to non-commercial social media, sites, forums etc.You have the right to use the finished commission as a banner and/or profile picture on non- commercial social media sites.
You are NOT ALLOWED to reproduce or sell the commissioned artwork unless we have an agreement in place.You must NOT claim the commissioned artwork as your own.All commissioned pieces may not be used for NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or other fungible tokens.
Further, should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through
the use of machine learning (also refred to as AI, gAI, LLM etc) or derived technologies, I will consider this automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.
